Colquitt Miller Emergency Service provides 24/7 Advanced Life Support services to the citizens of Colquitt and Miller County in as well as providing Advanced Life Support to the surrounding counties which include but not limited to Baker, Calhoun, Decatur, Seminole and Early County in Southwest Georgia. We also provide all inter-facility transports for Miller County Hospital and select non-emergency transport for Miller County Hospital's nursing home facilities.

Our Emergency Services staff 2 units at all times with the capability upstaffing to 5 units if needed. The staff is made up of EMT-Basics, EMT-Intermediates, Advanced EMTs and Paramedics. All our staff is trained in Basic Life Support , Advanced Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support as well as Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support. We are one of few services that has been Licensed by the State Office of EMS and Trauma to provide Advanced Transport Ventilator services.

Our Fleet is made up of all Type I ambulances, 3 Chevrolet HD3500s and 1 Ford F-350 and 1 Ford F-350 Bariatric, all diesel and stocked with the latest state of the art equipment such as Zoll X series monitors, Stryker Power Loads and Power Pro XT stretchers, Full bariatric loading system. 1 Ford Edge QRV (Quick Response Vehicle), 1 Ford F-150 along with an Emergency Disaster Trailer which contains a Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT outfitted with Winch system and QTAC EMS-R rescue skid.
